The West's Freedom of Speech Laws - why Muslims ridicule (Part I)
A “pedophile guide” on sale on Amazon was pulled last month. The guide for pedophiles was in the top 100 books on Amazon.com because of all the interest it was generating.
The book meant to teach how to sexually molest and rape children, grooming and preparing children for sex, included. And for those not experienced in child molestation, a section on How to look for the most vulnerable children, says a law enforcement officer (in Florida).
[The accused] is charged with “Obscenity charge”, for selling the pedophile book through the mail, from Colorado to Florida, [thereby] breaking Florida state law by receiving 50 dollars for the sale of his book to someone (a deputy, or law enforcement officer posing as an online shopper), in a Florida county.
Selling of such materials is illegal in Florida; the man is being brought to charges in Florida State, but not where he was doing business.
Selling a pedophile guide book is not illegal everywhere in the USA due to Freedom of Speech laws!
